Cars can be very complicated things. When everything is working as it should be, it is easy to think of your car as one solid lump of metal that somehow gets you from point A to point B. However, the moment anything goes wrong, this illusion is shattered. When my car broke down last year, I had no idea which part was broken or how I would replace it. Thankfully, the mechanic who was working on my car took the time to explain everything in great detail. I now feel much more confident when it comes to buying and replacing auto parts.
